Let's take one example , a pregnant woman is always told to be apart from exercises during pregnancy but it is highly recommended to do asana for pregnant ladies.

It also does not need any equipment just some space and free and fresh air to enhance the metabolism more rapidly. One more thing which yoga boast upon is it don not have do's and do not. Simply enjoy the life and give a few precious minutes to yoga. So enjoy weight loss with ease without making your body stressed.
